"We are proud of announcing that we will supply lifting systems for the underpass joining Milan underground Line 2 from piazza Bottini to Lambrate F.S. Station.
We are now preparing to supply escalators and passenger conveyors, and hydraulic lifts.
This service will be active within the end of the current year.

The importance of this intervention is given by the stream of passengers, estimated at 16,000,000 per year (source: Centostazioni S.p.A.- a company belonging to F.S. Group).
Lambrate station with its 12 tracks is the third biggest station in Milan, after Milano Centrale Station and Porta Garibaldi.

After the intervention this part of Milan will be subject to a development thanks not only to the works of the railway junction but also to the new visibility acquired by the secular park of Villa Bottini and San Micheletto Convention Centre, located near the station.
Racks for 700 bikes will be prepared for cyclists.
